why most of the women are depentdent on men although they earning money??

Most of women are now economically dependant..they earning money from their respective work...but somehow they spend or doing something with these money by the advice of men or husbands...and unfortunately they are doing soo....why they are not using their money in her own way????are women confused???

every women want independent because they have many responsibilties . so i think its a right to consultant their family .
