how do you chosoe a password???

what are the things you choose as passwords on the net for mail accounts??
GF or BF names,friends name,pets name, random letters ???and why do you choose such things????

i choose my date of birth because i can remember this .because its my close and i can not froget this.

I normally choose some randon thing I'm thinking of at the time. That could be the name of a friend I plan on visiting, a chore I intend to do, or have done, at home, a food I would like to eat, or a place I have visited recently.
I then add a few numbers, and mix the case of the letters. This results in something like;
