I found this intresting article in my doctor's office today about the many ways Bananas are great for you and may help save you a visit to the doctors office.
Never ReFridge your bananas it's a NO NO!!!If you have a bad case of being depressed believe it or not but a banana can help. Bananas contain tryptophan!( its a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, which helps you to relax.
Ladies if you have a bad case of PMS, try eating a banana! The vitamin B6 contains regulates your blood glucouse levels which can help to improve your mood.
Bananas can also help out with High Blood Pressure and may help to prevent a stroke.
Heres an intresting fact i learned, If you suffer from a hangover try making a banana shake sweetned with honey to help you feel better!!! The banana claims the stomach along with the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels. The milk soothes and re-hydrates your system. I'm going to diffently try this the next time i have a hangover.It can also help with heartburn, constipation, bad nerves, your temperature control, over weight, stress, ulcers, and morning sickness.
Bananas aren't just good for those kind of things they also help with getting rid of warts too!! Take a piece of the Bananas skin, place it on the wart(yellow side out)Place a piece of Plastic or surgical type to cover it.
Mosquito Bites try rubbing your bite with the inside of the banana skin. It helps with swelling and irritation.
