She's in love with her cousin brother...

Well..this is weird..My friend's friend(Her neighbour)..is in love with her cousin brother since childhood. Now she is 19. Every year she ties rakhi on his hand, (In india its a festival where girls ties a holy thread on brother's wrist for the proof of deep, good and pure brother-sister relationship),She says, "For the whole world we'r Bro-Sis, but for me he is my love, I always feel for him".
But the problem is if the family comes to know about this that would be a disaster. What should we do to make her forget about him? How can we make her realise that this is sin and not gonna happen?

well I guess she needs to think about weather she want to be turned away from those other if she pursues this does he even know about her hiden feeling as if he does not feel the same it could cause even wost problems she should strat the process of not thinking about him in that maner so that when the right guy for her comes along she does not miss him as this guy is not right for her god gave us basc insticnt of whats right and wrong no matter how we try to hide that feeling it always presents it self so she should let thst guide her.
