Painfull pimples $ acne .........

Yesterday when i was in college i saw a guy who is standing alone.....nd every body making fun of him because his face is full of pimples nd he was looking terrific.I felt symapthatic towards him.I couldnt understand why others were so allegertic towards him...Is this behaviour towards him by others right or wrong....can u suggest something for his problem .....
