i do mostly throughtout the whole day:) you should meditate to him while you pray! it feels sooo freakin' GREAT!

yes,i do. Throughout the day whenever i see a temple or any other idol of God i thank Him for the day He has given me. No matter how many times i have to do this in a day, i never hesitate. It just makes you feel so very relaxed.

every day before i go to bed i make it a point to pray and thank god for all the nice things he has given me, and for keeping me alive to enjoy the next day. God's grace is very essential.
