Memory.
do you have a good memory????
And what you dont remember?????
I do not remember the names of the people later who say it 30 times to me, maybe I remember, it is my defect, for the rest I do not have problems, but
I am allergic to the names and the face.

Some researchers on memory suggest that we do new and novel tasks. One thing I've seen recommended is playing chess. Supposedly these activities stimulate brain tissue and in doing so help us preserve our memory.

I misplace my memories, sometimes struggling to recall a name to put on a face. I reach into my brain and find nothing, as if I never knew in the first place. Later their name comes to me suddenly with absolute conviction!Other times distant memories come to me like the whiff of a familiar scent, unexpected but rich and full. The moment experienced in its entirity as if it was a part of the present. It is then at those moments past and present become one.

Humans require positive and meaningful interactions with other human beings. A lack of stimulation that is normally obtained from these types of interactions can lead to depression and cause memory problems. In addition to your routine interactions, seek out those with whom you can have positive and meaningful interactions.

I use to have a very good memory, but for the last year I find it has deserted me :(. I'm only 32 so it's definitely not caused by old age. I've had a lot of changes though in the past little while, so I'm hoping that in time now that the stress is leaving, my memory comes back.
