how do we get our earnings from e-gold?

well i was just wondering how we really get paid by using e-gold..like are they going to send you the payments through mail?...or you get notified in another way?...will it be in cash?...i get the idea about using paypal and e-gold..i'm just wondering how we get the earnings we're supposed to receive..
