What you normally do to protect yourself from Hackers.
I mean to say that which antivirus software or anti spyware software you use.....

I definitely recommend http://www.spybot.com it's free and powerful. For virus protection I use AVG.
Both of these are an unbeatable combination for protecting your computer from most threats.
