How do I get that increase?

I have been doing the task of a supervisor for the company I'm working with for over three years now but I am not getting the increase that I have been promised. For two years I am still earning the same pay that I did when I was just a regular employee. My workload had increased but not my pay. I don't know if I should still wait for it (and pray really really hard) or just quit (but I love my job) and move on to a different company.
