Exercise tips for a bride

I have about 3 months until my wedding and want to be as fit as possible. I am actually not overweight by any means, but I need some toning in several places. I also need motivation to go to the gym I signed up with on a regular basis. I was going, and still try to go, three times a week or more. I usually go in the mornings on the way to work, but I hate getting dressed at the gym. It's also hard to get up that much earlier in the mornings. Do you have any suggestions, or would you like to be my workout pen pal? I want to lose about 15 lbs and a couple of inches off my waist and thighs. I want to firm up my bottom some, too, since it's my best asset (pun intended!).
