My favorite type of cake is white with white frosting, top it off with some skim milk, that is the best. I just like the taste of white cake. Sometime i will venture off and go for the devil food cake. Do you like to decorate cakes. My wife is the lead instructor for Wilton's Alaska

I havent tried cake decoration, but am thinking of branching off into baking cakes, although I fear I will go mad and start eating loads of cakes all the time. I didn't know you got cake decorating instructors.

It is a hard buisness, there is a show called Ace of Cakes on the Food Network channel, it is about a cake buisness. It is a pretty good show.

It certainly does sound like a tricky business. I recently bought a rasberry spong sandwich and Im going to have a bit with my tea. Thats another thing, I dont seem to be able to drink tea these days without cake or chocolate.

As for me, i have always enjoyed eating cakes especially the moist ones. My favorites are blueberry and blueberry cheese. However, i do like other cakes too such as all cheese based cakes, chocolate, vanilla, mocha, strawberry, orange, carrot, almond and black forest. In fact, as far as i can remember, i like almost all kinds of cakes that i have eaten. I am not a fussy person when it involves cakes. Why i like cakes? They are simply delicious and fulfilling.

Indeed, moist cakes are the best. I do like blueberry muffens however found out recently that they contain looaads of calories so willl try to avoid them. I had a wee spell back there where I was buying loads of cakes but am trying to wean myself off them now so I dont get fat.

I have never not like cakes in my life. I have always been a cake lover since i can remember.
Anyway, my all-time favorite is Chocolate cake. However, Chocolate Mud cake is what i love most, especially the ones made by Thank God It's Friday (TGIF). They make delicious cakes. I like celebrating birthdays and anniversaries of my family members here since they give complimentary chocolate mud cake as the celebration gift from the restaurant.
I also like eating other cake flavors too such as black forest, orange, strawberry, banana, carrot cake, cheese, mocha and coffee. Hmm.. I just realized that i like almost all flavors of cake. No wonder i like birthdays because i get to eat cakes!

Sounds like you like your cakes. If only they were good for you. Hmm banana cake, I havent had that in years but would like to try a bit again. The only problem with birthday cakes is Im usually to stuffed full to after a bd meal to fit in any cake.

Definitely chocolate cake is my favorite. I like a vanilla icing - simple and plain is best for me.

Mars Bar Crispy Cake!!!
They sold it in a cafe I used to work in.
Rice Crispies witha Mars Bar Melted through it in stead of the noraml Golden Syrup and it just melted in my mouth. Yum Yum!
