In the last few years, I have taken to sending my ‘US patentable concepts’ (together with PDF illustrations!) to public libraries on CD disks that I have created myself, under the theory that if an idea is ‘disclosed’ for free, nobody can ever patent said idea! However, I am prescient enough to realize that if a ‘freely given’ idea isn’t sufficiently publicized, some nefarious rat could sneak in & patent for my ‘free’ idea! I realized then that I needed to patent several of my ‘free concepts’, in order to ‘see’ said concepts put in use for the benefit of US Red Cross?. So, I need a CEO, to establish & run a ‘non’-profit/ philanthropic type organization! Said individual could establish his or her own salary up to .15% of gross revenues!
