I have problems uploading pictures--can anybody teach me how to?

I have been trying uploading pictures to my sites. However, I have problem each time I try. Tried copy-pasting, but no luck. Can someone kind enough to give me tutorial?

just UPLOAD it not copy paste, in some FTP programs you can upload it by just drag that file into your hosting folder.
