A breakup refusal???

I had a boyfriend who did not want to accept a breakup. I told him it is over between us, but he did not want to accept that fact. I kept my ground, and told him that even if he does not want to end the relationship, it is already over because once one of the two persons involved does not want to be in it anymore, the relationship does not exist anymore. There could only be a relationship when the two persons are both willing to be involved with each other. Eventually, he accepted the breakup. And now we are good friends. :)

Wow Charles, you must be a great guy if she won't let go of you. Then on the other hand some people who don't take no for an answer can be quite stubborn and also domineering. Does this girl always get what she wants. Maybe she's about to get a reality check. Good luck and take care.
