Are you addicted to the snooze button on your alarm clock?

I hit my snooze button at least 4 times every morning. I purposely set my alarm earlier than necessary just so I can do this. It's usually ok because my husband is just leaving for work as my alarm goes off for the first time. But if he's home and trying to sleep it drives him nuts!

I hit mine once every morning. I set the time on my clock ahead by ten minutes so I can do this, lol. Crazy habit really but i do it every morning during the week. I figure if the time is set ahead, then I can fool myself into believing I absolutely have to get up because it's getting late.

mine, once or twice.. but i rise after the first or second alarm.. you know, if ill stay in bed, it would take me 30 minutes to wake up again.. what i do is to brush my teeth after i rise so that the menthol will keep me awake..
it is effective in my case..^^

I HAVE to have TWO alarm clocks or I'm in trouble! I set my cell phone alarm and 5 mint later I set my battery operated alarm. The funny thing is when I actually turn them both off and still sleep!
In December I believe it was. I set my alarms and I SWEAR on half the dose of nitequil (1 tbsp not 2tbsp) I turned them BOTH off and overslept by 1hr. I was gonna go to church. My last alarm set at 9:25am. I turned them both off IN MY SLEEP! And awoke at 10:15am thinking what time is it? What day is it? OH MY GOSH! Yeah I had to get ready in 30 mint fast and still got late. Ugh!
So yeah I kinda am addicted to snooze buttons cause I have two alarms, enough said! :))
