Does anyone here NOT watch Television?

I own a tv but it only gets used as a game box when the kids want to play. We haven't had cable in years, and have no desire to get it. I do watch tv occasionally when I go to a friend's house, but then it is a bit of a treat. We stopped cause I got tired of the kids fighting over the remote and I have yet to regret it. Does anyone here NOT watch TV? Why did you stop, or would you even be tempted to try?
