Why sidhu laugh so much...?

Why does sidhu laugh so much ..,does any body have an answer to that? other than him being a sardar

sidhu laughs to increase TRP of the programme i like this programme because of his laughing, even the joke is not good, sidhu will laugh from his heart

You see when the joke is not that good and you still need to keep the show going on, if the judge laughs, it sends a signal to the viewers that they have less humour in them. So indirectly he says - you laugh.
