Check in with a website designed to help FSBO's - "fizzbo's" or For Sale By Owners. I would at least hire "Help U Sell" to handle the escrow and paperwork. They have professionals for the legal stuff and have some marketing tools, but you show the house on your own. And of course, they only charge a flat fee instead of the crazy commisions.
