Using myLOT as a second source of income?

I have read numerous post about people using myLOT as a second source of income. How many people on here actually have the ability to do that? I understand you "do" earn money by using myLOT but I wouldn't consider it enough to call it a 2nd source of income. You are earning pennies maybe even fractions of pennies for each post. You will literally have to spend hours on here in order to make any consider "income".
Are there things I can do besides responding to discussions to earn more income using myLOT? Can somebody show me how to post pictures?

Mylot definitely pays me enough to completely pay for my main hobby - which isn't anything cheap. I earn a good extra fifty or sixty bucks a month on here, which is nice to have. I know people who make more than that, so for a secondary income it isn't bad at all. It covers my fabrics, wigs, makeup, and everything else I need fot costuming.
