How is Obesity Vs Overweight measured ?

I think there is a relation of height to weight,and then there is that body mass Index Thingy ( B M I ) .. Is there any other way to determine Ob Vs.OV weight ?

Hi! You are obese when you are 30% beyond your ideal body weight. Of course, in order for you to know your ideal body weight, you have to compute your weight against your height. Taller people are expected to weigh heavier than the smaller ones. For example, I am 5 feet tall and I weigh 126 lbs (pounds) at the present. For my height, I should weigh around 110 to 115 lbs. So, I'm overweight. I'm not obese, though, because I'm not 30% more beyond my ideal body weight. Hope I helped you.
