I don't "love" him but I don't hate him either. He's probably in the middle of my list of my favourites. I feel sorry for him more than anything as he does seem to be quite sweet considering what his parents are like.

Butters is a real cutie...especially the hair...
He is a great character and I feel he brings alot to the show. He is so "innocent." Poor little guy gets picked on so much, though.

I love him. Why? Because he is so vulnerable. It's a very endearing quality and I feel very protective of him. The poor little bugger -- or I should say, butters.
