I am indian. Yes, Because of our culture, when we know the secret of s*x on a girl, we has age 28 approximately. that is end stage of youthness. then we will have childs. and we will concentrate on them. So, Most of talented people are not concentrate in their goals and aims. We spend our more time for family sentiments,famil needs and so on for family. So, we cant achive. But, developed countries like US,Japan,Britain,Russia.. They know the all secret of s*x with in the age of 16. then they are ready to concentrate in their aim,goal and achivements. so, they can achieve more. But here, developed people in developed cities are only live live that. so, well settled people can achieve mostly in sports, films and politics. How can we change our culture for us?
