Help regarding PayPal

I from India and I opened a PayPal account yesterday. There it is indicated that in order to verify my account i need to add a credit card, but I dont have a credit card. Does this mean I wont be able to transact money via PayPal. Experienced users of PapPal , kindly help me!!!

I am not sure that I can be considered an 'experienced' paypal user. However, I do believe you can verify a bank account with paypal and this should do. I am guessing that you have an answer to this question by now.

I wonder if one of those prepay credit cards would fix your situation? At least you could get one of those without having established credit and at a fairly low cost.
