suggest a digital project for me I should do the model by myself.It should be related to electronics&computer science.

What is your background? I mean are you a school/collager student? Branch? etc. If you can give that information it would give others a better idea of what to suggest.
Any way consider this.
How about constructing an ALU out of the basic logic gates and flip-flops? It would be intersting to build for yourselves, something without which a computer just would not work.
