The benefits of meditation...

Hey, I started doing meditation about 2 years ago and it's really been great and changed my life in positive ways. At first, I felt frustrated when I did it and was never sure whether I was doing it right or not. My teacher said that worrying about it isn't the point, the point is to focus on "divine light in the heart". The kind of meditation I'm doing is called Sahaj Marg and there have been lots of books written about them and when I read them I feel really peaceful and "in harmony". I also felt that way when I read some of the "Conversations with God" books. Anyway, has anyone else had a positive (or negative) experience with meditating? Just curious as to how many others out there are into it. It's been so beneficial for me that I think it can only be good for anyone who tries it.
