A Food Riddle

You take off the outside,cook the inside then eat the outside and throw away the inside. What are you eating?

Yes. You are correct! I learned this riddle in grade 7. I'll have to post more riddles.

Corn i did not think of that for some reason i could not get eggs out of my head even though i knew it was wrong.

Well, I'm not sure but I guess meat? You skin the animal (take off the outside). Then you cook the inside (the meat) and eat the outside and throw away the inside (bone). That's all I can think of.
