I study very hard the night before the test, sometimes, when I get lazy, I study the morning before the tests.

teachers always say when go back home, do revision on today's work. but i don't think i'd done that. i prepare for exam is by doing notes 1-2 weeks before exams.. earlier than that is to clear any doubts with teachers.. den on the exam week is to go through my notes.. hey! i'm so lucky.. i pass my exams by doin this.. surely there will be someone doing better than me..

I am sorry, it seems from your posting that you are not at all serious about your studies. I really don't know weather you are in college or school ! One thing I can tell, if you are genuinely interested in your studies then, no matter how tough the detractions may be, you will never dettered from your studies. This I am saying from my personal experience.
I am 47 now. If I say anything youngsters of today may feel that I am giving the old , routine lecture to them. Brfore saying any thing I would like to clarify first that I was a good student in the sence I used to score nicely in the class and was a merit Scholarshipholder. This is not the point what I wanted to stress. I want to give stress on the point that along with my studies I was too much involved in my extra Curricularactivities. Like when I was in College, it was a professinal college, I used to write for Local News papers on weekly basis, I used to publish Cartoons in Local Dailies, I used to play Guitar, Mouth Organetc and participated in many Competitions to win several times. I learnt Ventriloquism when I was in College and I prepared a Dummy myself and started giving stage shows and within no toime I became famous in my City.
Inspite of all these distractions, [I missed to mention other interests of mine] I never neglected my studies and they always had a first priority above all the interests I have mentioned.
I think it is the basic interest in the studies and its importance in your life, that makes the every difference! Like I was very sure right from the beginning of my life I would do anything but before doing any thing I wanted to be known as a qulaified and educated man first then anything afterwards.
Today, even though I am a professional I do undertake many activities which are not related to my profession as hobby, but I still give first priority to my profession then comes my hobbies, though i have achieved a lot through them in my life, like the name, fame and money out of them !
Thus to conclude it is your basic interest and the importance you give to your studies, that will decide how seriously you are inclined to accomplish it ! All the best! By the way I was never a serious natured student, I was a Jolly and a naughty student !!
