Our doggie Miyuki. (shitzu)

our doggie miyuki - just playing with her, I guess she wanted to learn how to use computers too.

Miyuki is about 8 months old, and I guess anytime from now she is ready for mate. What we have in our mind is to cross-breed her. Do you think cross-breeding is adviceable? What will be the effect to a certain breed if they we're cross-breeded?

I have a Maltese ShihTzu which I believe is the most common of the Shihtzu cross breeds. These days anything goes and what was once considered a "mutt" can now earn you a lot of money for being different.

Isn't it, pure breed cost higher than cross-breeds? I honestly don't know how to earn from this, since this is our first time we acquired a pure-breed one, mostly are "local" or "navite" dogs. Thanks.
