Yes, it's better to drink it with both of honey. Honey is good for your health, contains many mineral and vitamin.
But the best is drink it with honey and "honey".

My mother loves to drink lemon juice and water and she says that it helps to clean out her system! I think it works sort of as a purifier and helps aid in the cleaning of your bladder and urine stream! I am not 100 % sure though but i think i will be asking my mother what it is that it does exactly for us!!

I did look up the benefits of lemon and it is said that lemon juice or just squeezing a few drops of lemon juice into water, if you drink it regularly it helps to relieve constipation and remove toxins from your body.

Yes lemon juice is good for health, and if taken consistently in a long term, helps in reducing some fats (if that is what you mean by 'good for health' :) )
What exactly you mean by 'severa times' ? 6 ? 12 ? 20 ? what ? In india, some people take tead more than a dozen times , sometimes even two doznes cups. However, execess sonsumption on anything, lemaon juice icluded, might not be good for health. I would advice you to have a glassful of it once , preferrable in the morning.
Lemon juice alone cant do anything.One has to be disciplined in his living habits to be heathy.
However you can try. Note your present weight. Have it for a month. Check the weight again. Hope it works :)

The only thing I've heard about lemon water is the healing properties it has for laryngitis and any other type of sore throat problem.
