How well do u think 'Izumi Arata' plays?

Izumi Arata -the Japanese Player of Indian Origin currently plays for East Bengal. Do u think he plays well and will he be taken into the national squad? I personally feel he hasnt been able to put up any good show. What do u think?

Never heard of Izumi Arata, but if he plays good, sure why not, he can be in the Indian team and as long as he has Indian citizenship.
