do you believe that customer is always right?

i too do not think the customer is always right. i have worked in retail for the past 10 years and have had to put up with so much crap, even when i was right. i dont believe in kissing a customers butt just to make a sale.

I don't believe it. Some people just want to get free things. Some know that if they complain they will get something for free instead of paying for it.
