do you remember a face when you've seen it once or twice?

i can remember faces pretty well. it's crazy because sometimes it seems like i've seen this person before but it happens to be a guy from a picture i saw from a friend. never even seen them in person and i thought i knew them. all because i've seen their face somewhere. i have a photographic memory and that's why i remember their faces. i am soooo bad with names, though. it's sad! sometimes somebody introduces himself and 20 minutes into the conversation, i interrupt them to ask them what again was their name. i've given up already, or else i can't concentrate on what their saying because i am always thinking about their name. was it james, john, jeffrey, joel? they all sound the same to me! haha.

Sometimes we do remember but thats when we have seen the person just some days ago, but in the long time we cannot remember the faces we have seen once or twice.

If I make a connection with someone I can remember their face. There have been times when I cannot for the life of me remember a person. That drives me insane.

I remember faces quite vividly, but I NEVER remember names! This can be rather awkward because I have an unusual name, so people tend to remember it, even though I draw a complete blank on their name.

Yah, same here.. can remember someone even i've seen them once..but sometimes, i keep on thinking where i've seen this person..sometimes, i even forget the name but not the face..i'm forgetful sometimes..lol sometimes, i keep on talking to the person but i cant remember his name, so, though i'm so shy to ask his name again, i dont have choice..lol

No! In fact, I ften don't recognize people I have known for quite some time if they have changed some small feature (glasses or hairstyle, etc). I also get thrown if it is someone who I only see in a particular place, like a bank teller or a supermarket clerk, and then I see them out of context. I get way too many people saying hi to me who obviously know me and I often can't place them.
