what you mean by interpersonel??

Interpersonal? as in Interpersonal Skills, supposed to improve your communication with people :) Its one of those 90's buzz words that seems to be losing momentum because people are so rude! When I was training as a nurse we where supposed to talk to people, listen to people, really hear what they where saying and not assume or judge them! That is interpersonal skills on a very basic level and as I said it was a buzz word. Hardly anyone ever practiced it, and nurses still told patients what was best for them! so much for patient choice and interpersonal skills!
