It is the freedom that counts. In olden times she was not allowed to study or work. But there is no restriction like that now. That is definitely an improvement.
According to nature womans [Including animal world] responsibilities are more than that of men.[I mean the 'taking care of children'].Naturally speaking it is her duty to take care of her kids.
*Civilized *men help their partners.

HI VISWA,
You have rightly sd that , tdys women enjoy more freedom than their predesessors, but do u think all the women really enjoy the right to study , choose carrer , marraige according to their own free will .NO NT AT ALL....
We have been bestowed with all kind of responsibility ...there is no problem in that but we should b given our rights also accordingly .....right to choose.......there r only few family who do not pester their daughter to get married af certain education.....but do we pester the males in same way NO.....

Hi! What I meant was 'women are liberated by law'.[In many countries].That itself is a great improvement. If you really want to be a librated you cannot expect chivalrous treatment.
Every Govt make laws. But acceptance by the society is also an important factor.
In India still the revolutionists find it to difficult to eradicate caste system.
Society should change its old fashioned ideas about women.
Naturally we are depended on men if we want to have kids!
So ther is nothing wrong in 'wooing' your man and do things for you and your family. It is love that weakens everyone.
If nothing works out we can legally solve our problems. That is Womens liberation!

hey arpit,
going to office is a compultion, most of the men in tdys world wants that their spouse also to earn , it is only few elite who has a choice if their husband is earning handsomely, I have seen women nt willing to go to work but still they have to go to make their ends meet,
The kind of noise we r making about liberty of women , has the same amount of liberty being given to a women or enjoyed by women NO.....
