Well, taking successive deep breaths does the trick for me. Everybody experiences stage fright every now and then. =) It is normal. Do some deep breathing before (or even during) you go to stage, you'll feel better. =)

thanks blidefox, Somebody too had suggested this, but event after doing this I start feeling nervous, the whole audience is just staring at you. Somebody else has suggested to prepare yourself by seeing in the mirror,

Just love your audience, feel for them. You are onto stage to express yourself, let the world know inner you. Understand that taking stage is spreading knowledge. It real pleasant experience meeting souls of mass.
