at last england team has something to cheer about beating them finally but it showsm the vunerablity in the aussie team without ricky ponting and hussey

Firstly, this is should not be in the indian cricker team interest, but; it was a good win by England; after the terrible summer they had. Lots of people came out to cheer them and it was a good win by man of the match; Paul Collingwood. He was inspirational the last four matches and hopefully, for his advantage and average; he continues this great form into the world cup in a month. Hopefully Australia's best all-rounder Andrew Symmonds will return to full fitness.

In the same forum, before the retirement of glen and warne, i've said that the WC can be directly awarded to Australia without playing. But now these two have created a vacuum which cannot be fulfilled easily. This is the right time to exploit. The win has just shown that when you are disciplined and concentrate on the basics of the game, you can beat them. And their vulnerability will continue into the world cup. The white elephant is on its knees, it's the time we tame it.
