I am having a hp laptop with 80 Gb hard disk, 512 ram with celron processor. It is not having good speed.
please tel me if i go for RAM upgradation, will it solve the problem.
1 GB RAM will be compatibale with celeron processor or not?

increase in your ram cant help you, because you are having a celeron processee. the speed cant be increasednemore.
But to get rid of some momery blockage probs, which slows down your PCs usually , OU can go for a defrage option then Disc clean ups and you should try to keep your DAT's in a good manner not in irregular manner !
