I have had this for almost five years and ,I am so tired of it. It makes it hard to go out in the public and is very uncomfortable.I have tried all sorts of creams but nothing works.I know someone out there might have an answer for me.If you have some answers I would really appreciate it,thanks

Well psorisis is not something that goes a way. You can treat the symptoms of it but it will always be a problem for you. Alpha-hydroxy and antioxident lotions can help, so can scrubs like Apricot Scrubs or Body scrubs (Rasberry is usually what is used for body) can help in making it look less ugly. You should check with your doctor to see if there is anything he can perscribe for it. Overall though it will be something you'll have to learn to deal with. Keeping the area moiusturized does help though. It won't remove it but make it less obvious.

Hi I have suffered from psorisis for a long time and have used many prescriptions from the doctor which haven't really helped...I read this article recently on nettles and bought some of the items on here and they helped and now my plaques are less www.squidoo.com/nettles-much-more-than-a-sting-in-the-tail
I also have read up about the uses of omega3 of which I take a supplement and eat avocadoes and leafy greens - I have found this has all helped! beware not to take omega6 tho as it can exasperate the psorisis....I hope this helps!
