Online or In Person

In this day and age, I am Curious, Do people rather meet other people online or in the real world in person. I find in the real world people are cold, non responsive, unless they want something, i dont see anymore hello how are you today at the local bus stop amoung the community and i find this sad, yet online as you enter a chat room you are greeted with a warm welcome. am i the only one to see this or does everyone just let this slide by and be buried as non important in the backs of their minds

I definately prefer real life people. U never know who the person chatting to you really are, most people tend to lie about themselves alot while online. I also prefer real contact, where you can hug a person and sit across them at a table having a coffie - Much better than having a screen infront of you.
If all people you meet are cold - you have met the wrong people... hey - you should meet me *just kidding*

I would rather meet someone in the real world. It seems online everyone is 5'2 110 pounds blonde hair blue eyes if they are female and 6'2 dark hair and muscular if they are male! LOL It never fails
