What importance can we attach to Feminism today?
Feminism has been very very important in the past for the women liberation, but now, what's its task today? Do you think Feminism has something to say nowadays? I think so. In our socalled "Western civilitation" women aren't free as men, and to me Feminism has still a lot of work to do.

Yes, I agree with you, a long way to go. In countries where they are suppressed, first of all, you are right, but in our "beautiful" Western civilization too.

Yes, but only compared to earlier time. Now women have more opportunities than many years ago, and yet they are still discriminated.

Women and Men are different...non is better than the other but they are different...men are good in some stuff and women better in other...thats a fact...Men make better leaders...and good women leaders are like men...thats why men and women make good team...cause they have what the other dont have...but strive of feminist for equality in rights is tottaly going against human nature.Men and Women are not exactly same. Its really sad women acting strong...when they are not...every body should be themselves...this is really harming the society today...there is no more human rights...there is only women rights...men are the head and women are the neck...both are equaly important...but different roles...when necks tries to be the head... and when head is asked to be neck things mess up.in the old days men used to be mean to women as they thought their job was important...but I dont think thats what happens nowadays.feminism is good but when only it keeps the Female Values...Female values are lost in the pursue of equal rights.
