call centres job.....ru in favour of girls doing it?is it safe?

hello frenz i think in this forward world when girls and boyz r treated on equal platform.girls and boyz can opt any job then also i think that these call centres job r not gud for girls especially d nit shifts.i wanna knw abt the reallity of call centres and bpo's.
