pdf files or word files ?????????

the word files take more space then the pdf files

Normally, PDF file are used to protect the document. You can view and print but can't change the content. The latest version of Adobe PDF creater was encrypted with password. Only the user who know the password can change the content. I prefer to used Word, but when i send document which i consider it as private i will convert it to PDF format.

I like word files. PDF files are usually locked for editing. But word files are really cool. We can insert and edit more easily :)

Word docs take up much space than PDF files. You have to use them when editing (Word) and securing the info (PDF has options of no-printing) of your files.

well i use both me of them ! i get files in both the format ! so basically one must use both
