how often do you think about your ex?????

it seem very hard for me to forget about my ex. I do not know why???? especially when i had hard time or fight with my husband. is there any suggestion to help me??? thanks so much for the advice :)

I think about my ex a lot,it seems I cant come over it,and I'm still without a relationship bcoz i cant come over it

I think about my ex every now and then. Usually when it comes to a certain song...the memories start to become more vivid again.
