I've done it a few times. It hurts a lot, doesn't it? I also hate when you burn the roof of your mouth with something like pizza. That can be sensitive and hurt for days. If you do this, rinsing with warm salt water a few times a day will actually help.

Yes it happens to me every once in a while and I hate it. It seems like it takes for ever to heal. I try to be really careful right after I do.

This is something which I am bound to believe is experienced by everyone. There are times when I bite my tongue hard enough, considerable bleeding happens. This is followed to some degree by inflammation the following day meaning, an infection has taken place. I take a type of antibiotics for 6 days incases like this, the kind which the doctor prescribed years ago the first time I suffered extreme pain due to the infection. The prescription still works fine for me to this day.

Dozens of times and it hurts like crazy, and really bad when you have a mouth full of food when you do it. One time I fell and hit my chin, bitting my tongue in the process, cried for an hour.
