what to do to get pregnant easily

i had 2 bad experiences in my previous pregnancy and i lost 2 of them.
i am really like kid and really want to have one my own of course.especially when my friend told me this year is good year in chinese calender.
is there any advice for me and thanks hip in advance????

If you have issues with fertility and pregnancy, you really need to go see a doctor. YOu may have a medical condition, you may be underweight, have poor nutrition, or it could be as simple as a specific vitamin deficiency. Please seek medical assistance. it will suit you better than the responses on here.
