I'm trying to get tips on good, healthy foods that my 10 month old with only a few teeth can eat easily. Any suggestions?

at meal time for my kids I fed them the same foods we were eating. I used one of the mini food choppers, and chopped the meat all up so it was mushy like, I also added some of the juice from the vegetables, or added some gravy to the meat when I chopped it up so the meat would stay all moist and easy for them to eat. I also fed mashed potato and let them eat the same veggies as we did, if your little one has a hard time with the veggies you can chop those up to, to make them easy to eat.

Bananas are real good. My daughter to this day still loves bananas. homemade speghetti cut up is great. Applesauce of course.

Think of it this way. If you can eat it by just mushing it with your toung and not using your teeth, or if it will desolve easily and quickly in your mouth, your baby can eat it too. (i.e. steamed vegies, mashed potatoes, vienna sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, apple sauce, fish) The list goes on. BUT, if you have to use your teeth, DO NOT give it to them.
Try to stay away from sweets. You want to start then off in life with good eating habits.
