Bihar Vs Maharastra, which is more Corrupted?

This question always come in my mind, that with respect to corruption, which is state is having worst situation, in my thinking Bihar is more corrupted, what do you think?

its just not fair to decide straighly..yes i think bihar is corrupted but maharashtra is more as bihar is famous but bcoz of the people who do this and give others name...so maharashtra is the answer

well its good to know that people think about bihar but its sad to know that they only think if u say bihar is the worst what have u done to improve it??
if u people are good then prove it that bihar is the worst?
delhi rape capital
mumbai extorsion capital
gujrat riots capital
kerala dowry capital
then ho can u say bihar is the worst?
crime is more in north east and in the states like u.p and delhi

corruption comes with money, where there is more money corruption is more. difference in bihar and maharastra is- bihar have less income. so, corruption looks unveiled here. but, in maharatsra corruption is hidden by means of money.

i think every one knows the answer of this question ,bihar leads the race in the title by miles , its the only field where u cant even debate about , the corruption and politics has ruined once one of the most progerssive state in india ,which is still full of wealth into heaven for gangster and criminal

my frn, according to a survey done by world bank india is one of the most corrupted countries in the world. almost 90% of the indians are corrupted. so do you need to pose such questions?? well, lemme ask u, on what parameters have you judged that bihar is more corrupted than m'bai? let's discuss..
