Im so torn by this controversy. Should she be charged? Her accident caused a woman to die. Although the initial strike to the vicitim's car didnt kill her, it was like a domino effect. The vehicle she struck hit another vehicle and then slid (the vehicle she struck) into the center divider and another car struck that car which caused the lady to die later at the hospital. So who should be charged? The person in the car who actually killed her? or Brandy who caused the accident in the first place?Brandy will be charged for misdemeanor manslaughter...do you think that is enough time? or do you think that they are giving her special treatment? What if it was one of us who caused that accident? Do you think they would let us off that easy?What if it was your own mother in that accident? Would you be happy to know that the person that caused that accident was getting off with community service?
