global warming for islanders

i live in the islands so i'm very much concerned about the effects of global warming. some people say that sea level will be 7 meters higher and some islands will disappear. i wonder if there's ever an immediate solution to relocation of islanders just in case flooding happens. Would there be any country willing to accept the would-be landless people? this may happen in the near future.
